Conned into believing that this was actually a major service
improvement and not the exact opposite I did not look at the plans until today
not realising that the consultation ended on 01.03.2013 (not that consultations
usually make any difference anyway). When I moved to Dennistoun 15 years ago
there were 3 buses I could get directly to the west end across the centre of
the city without having the difficulty of having to change buses.I note that
the service 'improvements' offered by this 'simplicity' means that my trips
across town will now be more complex i.e. the last route, the no 42 is removed.
When will First realise that removing buses that go across the city is the
exact opposite to what is required?
